About

21 Savage is a Grammy-winning artist raised in Atlanta, Georgia. The rapper first broke into the mainstream Atlanta rap scene after his 2016 collaborative effort Savage Mode with producer Metro Boomin, followed by his major label debut Issa Album in 2017. He has since logged four No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200, from 2018’s i am > i was to 2024’s american dream. 21 Savage has released eight certified-platinum singles as a lead artist, including “Bank Account,” “a lot,” “X” and “Runnin.” Meanwhile, he has become one of rap’s most reliable collaborators, releasing full-length projects with Offset (2017’s Without Warning), Metro Boomin (2020’s Savage Mode II) and Drake (2022’s Her Loss). As a guest performer, he has topped the Billboard Hot 100 with Post Malone’s “rockstar” in 2017 and Drake’s “Jimmy Cooks” in 2022. After two tours with J. Cole and Drake, 21 Savage will embark on his first solo North American trek in five years with the American Dream Tour in 2024.

21 savage sounds like an entire different person

by Kt on 2024-05-06Rogers Arena - Vancouver

In person 21 savage does not sound anything like what he does on his record tracks. His rapping through his mic was hard to hear in the crowd making it difficult to even rap along with his songs. I was so pumped to see him this may1 at Roger’s Arena since he couldn't make it to Drakes concert last year. I came in with such excitement and left with disappointment.

    mid

by ki on 2024-05-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

21 was late, was mumbling and always sounded off. Plus he was barely on stage for an hour. Completely mid show.

    Good not great

by username on 2024-05-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

It’s pretty known that 21 isn’t the best performer, and this concert was no different, however he has great hits that make up for his lack of energy. JID was an awesome opener and really hyped up the crowd. people were on their phones during lil harold (who?) , and sadly nardo didn’t show up. Sound wasn’t great either, i’ve been to shows at rogers and it was much better. Overall tho, for the price I paid it was still a fun experience and would recommend if you can find a good deal.

    Could have been better

by Sasha on 2024-05-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Tbh I sat in the upper bowl area to the side and it was really hard to hear 21 singing. Also the visuals could have been way better comparing it to drakes performance. Lastly, 21 only got hype when JID was on stage as his stage performance without him was lazy

    Mid

by Leah on 2024-05-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Could barely hear 21 savage, he didn’t have proper mic settings on. Performance was mid, he was just standing around on stage head down mumbling (which I expected). I got a drink thrown at me and the person sitting in front of my friend and I was smoking a joint the whole time and was hot boxing us. Security took forever to escort him out. The opening act was 2 hours long and not very good, and 21 took too long to come out and was only on stage for an hour . Overall vibes could have been better, disappointed

    Sound was awful

by Mon on 2024-05-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Our seats were in the 300s and the sound was quite bad. We could hear the music but we couldn’t hear him sing. It turns out it wasn’t just us and people in the lower bowl were experiencing the same issues. It wasn’t bad for his first show here but it could’ve been a lot better. I’m also disappointed Nardo couldn’t come but that was obviously not their problem.

    Bad sound quality

Can barely hear what he was saying. The end few songs were hype, rest was okay

    Concert full of underaged kids

by Melissa D on 2024-05-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

I was SHOCKED at how many young kids were at this concert. I saw an endless amount of highschool or just out of highschool girls in the most inappropriate outfits, a young girl was even wearing a mesh top with no bra and you could clearly see her nipples (what would your parents think?!) The poor security guards and officers were busy the entire night. I myself saw two kids in wheelchairs being wheeled out even before 21 Savage started performing. One of the kids was barfing into a bag while being wheeled out. Girls were puking into the washroom sinks. Male security guards had to come into the women's washroom to make sure puking girls were okay and give them bottles of water. This concert was both a let down for adults who actually came to enjoy 21 Savage's music and also for the city because it made us look like a bunch of ratchet hoodlums.
