Al Shamal Temple Annual Shrine Circus Tickets

Animals were uncontrollable, and the show had no humor or flow. 0/10

I felt this Shrine Circus was extremely disappointing!!!!!! I haven't missed a circus in 40 years, but I may not go next year!!! The acts were boring, the lighting was boring and the circus had no animals in it worth watching. Very sad quality :(

Was very disappointed there were no exotic animals present and the title of the event should have noted this. A circus to me is not a circus without this.

Well I'm from Newfoundland, a small town of 8000 ppl. I remember they had a circus when I was a kid that had elephants , tigers , and a doom cage ( I think ) where 2 dirt bikes were inside of the cage and it looked like they were going to hot each other. Since this was in Edmonton I thought the circus would have elephants , tigers , panthers , etc was disapointed to see all u had we're horses , ponies , and dogs. Don't get me wrong they were cool and did good things but wish there was more animals added to the act. I also found the opening was very boring and very long before the real stuff began. The best part if the show was the cannon. I would recommend the circus to ppl who have small kids but not to adults , don't think they would be wowed like the kids may of been. So in my opinion it was crappy for me but fair for the kids. Won't return to see another unless there is def going to be more animals.

What happened to the Shrine Circus?? Haven't been to the Shrine Circus for 20 years since taking our own children. Was really looking forward to taking our Grandchildren for the first time. Was very disappointed. The calibre of the acts has greatly declined.

We were moved to section 110 - which had an obstructed view of the bike track. We were not impressed with the guest that was beside us as they kept on getting up to leave and finally half way through the middle of the first half of the show they had moved to another section - there were 7 of them. We had great seats if we were able to sit of where we had originally were assigned I had expected more animals to be at the circus. Elephants, Monkeys... The intermission where you can go down below to get face painting was too long The parking to get out of the parking was very disorganized. No one to guide you on where to go and was stuck in the lot for over half an hour.

Glad you asked. My family and I go to this when it comes to town and this year I am disappointed!! What happened to all the things that make the circus??? Like lions and tigers and elephants tight rope walkers etc?? I felt it was alot of wasted time with the clowns and the dude with the horse mustang!! I won't be going again!!

It is truly unfortunate that this event is slowly dying. I have gone to the circus off and on over the part 30 years and it has become less and less of an event. The proformers, the animals, the acrobats, the lights, the music, the ladies in there beautiful outfits... its all so third rate now and the worst part is I am partly to blame, I have not supported this as much as I could have and I do hope that it stays alive. It is a wonderful show and past time and it would be a terrible thing to loose.... so please support this event, I know I would hate to see it gone forever due to now one helping them keep it alive. signed... still a kid at heart

Wish that the circus was like how it used to be with more animals. I didn't care for mustang.

It was a lot of fun. Great acts! My son loved it! We will go back for sure.
