Amon Tobin Tickets

The show was exactly what the previews on the web suggested: an amazing visual experience. There was even some surprise effects not shown in the previews. Definitely unique and a true visual innovation. As for the audio part, I've never heard such powerful bass. However the mid and highs were not too loud. So what you basically have is you get smashed in the chest by the intense basslines of Isam, but your ears do not hurt and they even barely buzz once you get home, which is something quite rare these days in live performances. This show had unfortunately a big flaw: an audience full of morons filming and taking random shots of the show with their cellphones. There are already tons of shitty pictures and even worse phone videos on the internet by other idiots. Why do people need to film their own blurry and poorly framed versions of the show? Anyway... all in all, excellent show, much recommended. However, if you get the chance to go on the mezzanine where you don't have anybody in front of you, get there early to have a place.

An incridible visual and audio performance. A multimédia experience and an execptional display of technology and Behind the scene know how. For a lack of better words, just had to be there..

Amon Tobin was great, the event it self was really nice. My only issue with the event is the venue. If your not at least 6'5 you wouldn't enjoy the show. The venue is not designed for it to have a full house and have everyone in there enjoy the amazing visual show that Amon Tobin displayed.

Mindblowing audiovisual show. ISAM pushes aesthetics and technology in exciting new directions that I hope to see more of. I should have bought more tickets before it sold out, because having seen it, I realize it's not esoteric electronica - even friends of mine less into electronica would certainly appreciate this fusion of light and sound. Too bad the incredible sound system wasn't as optimized for the opening act - Emika sounded really terrible, with muddy bass and barely audible vocals.

Simply stunning! Amazing effects and experience. But the place was more than full, so you had to get there very early to be close to the scene... which I couldn't.

Amon Tobin's ISAM live show is something to behold. Go see it, if you can.
