Amr Diab Tickets

What can be said about Amr Diab except he is #1. Ricoh Coliseum was packed, everyone was having so much fun and when Amr Diab finally appeared the house rocked! It was a strange mix for Arash to open for Amr Diab since they are two completely different artists, speak different languages and therefore the crowd was completely mixed (up)!!!! As an Amr Diab fan, I was confused when Arash performed and we sat in a section packed with Arash fans. It was more amusing to watch the fans more than the performance! The downside was, Arash's performance was late, therefore Amr Diab was later than we expected and his performance time was seemingly shorter than we had hoped. Our tickets read 7:30 so we purposely tried to be late but we were one of the first to arrive. Regardless of the bumps, I look forward to Amr Diab returning to Toronto...or perhaps the next time we see him perform, we will be back in Cairo :)

It was really really fun! My only problem was waiting patiently for Amr Diab to come out, when he was my only reason for attending the event. Next time it would be better to give Arash less time and Amr Diab more time, or give them each separate shows. Amr Diab performed really well. Thank you Ricoh Coliseum and Amr Diab!!

amazing and great concert.. i really loved everything .. the choice of songs was amazing

The concert lacks punctuality and organization.concerts was one hour and fifteen minutes late. The band was preparing the instruments while people are waiting for the band to start. Yet The quality of sounds were not the greatest.

The show start time on the ticket was 7:30 PM, but the actual show strated at 9 PM. Anyhow we had to endure one hour of iranian music/talking(we don't speak the language) until Amr Diab showed up at 10 PM. Well it was worth the wait but if I knew this is when we could see him I would have went to the venue at 10 not 7:30. Amazing artist, great musician, fabulous voice!

Great concert! But of course, it was my first time seeing my favourite singer in person! The only issue was that the Amr Diab portion was WAY too short! Also, combining Persian and Arabic music was great, but the only problem was that neither culture understands the other's language. So the Persian audience left as soon as Amr Diab came and the Arab audience didn't come in till after Arash was done. I like Arash's music a lot from before, but I can't understand anything! Also, the set-up for the event was really bad. It would've been better if there were no tables as I would've liked to be closer to the stage with everyone standing instead- or have a 360 degree-stage. Overall, great concert, but very short with a lot of time wasted in between the 2 artists.
