This is the 4th time I have attended this event. I would recommend that anyone considering the event purchase the VIP package as it allows you to enter the Expo 30 minutes prior to the general admission. The Expo is certainly not for anyone who can't tolerate crowds as it is extremely popular so Fridays and Sunday's are your best bet. Don't expect to stock up on supplements because unlike the past the vendors are not selling much as the IT can't keep up to the amount of transactions due to the sheer mass of people making purchases. With a multitude of sporting events available for viewing you can go and see what you like when you like. I especially enjoy the focus on promotion of fitness to the kids, very nice to see. It goes without saying that if you are a bodybuilder, power lifter or physique enthusiast you simply cant go wrong as this event is truly the gold standard.

If you're going and you want to get a lot if different samples The best day to go is on the Friday.

It was super chaotic and busy. That was to be expected with that many events and that many people in attendance . Lots of free samples...many great people there highlight was to see Arnold Schwarzenegger so many people that really pumped you up.. great work out motivators for body builders and the average person would def recommend to others It was my first event through ticket master. Everything went very smoothly

Amazing show.... Many new products to try. The opportunity to buy your supplements at cheaper price, meet the icons in different sports.... However, I feel, the show needs a bigger venue as it gets really busy, to the point that its impossible to walk or see anything.... But, i would go again.

Awesome experience! Super bummed that I missed the first day, the meet and greet. I didn't get to meet the man himself. I'll leave a day earlier next year. Otherwise great time! Line ups were insane to meet the pros, so I didn't bother for autographs. Worlds strongest man comp was amazing! Samples samples samples! So many free samples. You don't have to eat before you go. Wait and load up on protein drinks and bars! Everyone is super friendly. Venue is confusing since things are split between about five seperate locations. Take the shuttle. Overall, awesome !!!!!

So much to do, 50 sports and over 800 booths.. See all the fitness celebrities. If you can handle a big crowd that is!!

Good fun, Saturday was overly crowded in the Exhibitors area.

This "expo" as they call it was the most crowded, oversold show I've ever been too. There was no room to move as the crowd overwhelmed the limited exhibit space. Each of the booths had someone of interest but because of the poor planning by the organizers nobody knew where line-ups started or ended. Hopefully they will think of the fans and not just their wallets in the future.

As a first timer and non-bodybuilding type I really had no idea what to expect. The Bodybuilding Finals was split up throughout the evening which was great. The Bikini? Finals was a complete waste of time because I'm pretty sure all the women, while very attractive just stand there and look good in a bathing suit. What skill is there in that?? Also, there was the final event of the Strongman which was cool. A good time all-around.
