Ce fut un concert mémorable. Asaf Avidan est un artiste hors du commun avec une voix exceptionnelle. Ma fille et moi avons adoré. J'ai toutefois observé une lacune dans l'organisation. Il y a eu des retardataires jusqu'à la 3e chanson. Je trouve que c'est un total manque de respect pour le public et pour l'artiste. Plusieurs endroit interdisent l'entrée une fois le concert débuté.

One of the best performer I had the chance to see. What a complete and amazing artist. This guy is incredible. A bit of Tom Waits, Janis Joplin and Leonard Cohen in one human! Thank you Asaf!
Asaf Avidan est un artiste au-dessus de la moyenne. Sa performance est tout simplement magique. Seulement regretable de voir autant de gens arriver en retard à un concert.
Asaf a été tout simplement époustouflant! Quel belle humain. Quel virtuose. Malheureusement, le théâtre Corona a ouvert ses portes beaucoup trop tard; à quelques minutes du début du concert. Résultat: une longue et interminable file à l’extérieur pour finalement parvenir à entrer… une fois le concert commencé. Ç’a dû prendre un bon 15 minutes avant que tout le monde soit assis à leur place, que les allées se vident et que le silence se fasse dans le vestibule… Disons que pour début de concert, on a déjà vu mieux. Heureusement, Asaf avec sa grande générosité et sa performance à couper le souffle a pu nous faire oublier (un peu) cette entrée chaotique !
Asaf a été fantastique. On ne peut pas en dire autant de l’Olympia qui n’a pas été en mesure de gérer les mesures de sécurité adéquatement. Résultat: une file d’attente qui fait 2 coins de rue et beaucoup trop de spectateurs n’ont pas réussi à entrer dans la salle à temps pour le début du spectacle.
After waiting 3 years for this concert, I was thrilled to see that Asaf Avidan lived up to my expectations, although I would have preferred it be held in a different venue; late comers were very noisy in the back of the room.
I especially admired his transparency in addressing the question of the Israel/Hamas conflict. Already I had feared hecklers or a demonstration as I knew he is Jewish. The emotional resonance I experienced as a result of his sharing added great poignancy to the concert. Musically, although I recognised and enjoyed hearing great renditions of his songs, I was new to the technical manipulations seemingly designed to replace accompanying vocalists. I have yet to get used to them. I would have preferred humans. Also, there should have been a warning for those living with epilepsy or migraines that powerful lighting effects would follow. Nevertheless, in summary, I loved the concert.
Asaf est généreux avec son public. Sans parler de sa voix et de son ambiance sonore uniques. Ça vaut la peine de voir cet artiste en spectacle. Merci, Asaf. Je t'adore!
The event was on time, and could find our seats easily During all the songs multiple instruments were used and during some songs very interesting sound effects came out. Each song was a multidimensional experience with layers of his Voice guitar harmonica piano drums, while the light effects exaggerated some of the songs lyrics . I was able to stay in those moments and enjoy them. The voice was like on the records, the songs were arranged in interesting ways but still recognizable. The engagement with the audience was also great. I definitely recommend this show it exceeded all my expectations. I will buy tickets next time he is in town.
