Great rendition, started a little slow but built up to a standing, singing and clapping crowd, great effort

    beatlemania--an ok show and performance

by lizlar on 2017-02-14Andiamo Celebrity Showroom - Warren

not the best Beatles tribute band that I have seen;Rain is much better and the Caverners are also superior; However given the music and the great songs it was still enjoyable.

Was a great show. Enjoyed hearing some of the history of how the band started and ended. The musicians were amazing and did a wonderful job imitating the band. Would go again for sure.

    Beatlemania was a great experiance.

by JohnPaul on 2012-07-03Prince George Playhouse - Prince George

At first when the four performers come on stage you think to yourself yeah they sound pretty good but they don't really look like the Beatles. They start in Hamburg with Pete Best as the drummer and it is quite funny how John's character ridicules him by dedicating I'm a Loser to Pete. They play some songs out of sequence from when the Beatles actually recorded them but that really didn't matter it was how well they sang them. Once they switch to the Cavern club and beyond they have you hooked and you can just imagine that you are at a live show and that is how they would have sounded. I particularly enjoyed when they played songs that the Beatles never performed live, like Helter Skelter. When there was a equipment problem and they lost power, John's character picked up an acoustic guitar and played You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, then Paul's character played Yesterday. They told us later that those songs were not part of the show. All in all any fan of the Beatles would have a good time at this show.

    Very talented group, but......

A great effort by 4 talented young men. They take you on an historical tour, starting in Hamburg and ending with the psychedelic Beatles, complete with costumes to match. Joe Kane(Paul) is left-handed, just as Paul was. My main complaint(sorry boys, there is one) is the sound mixing. For me the instrumentation overwhelmed the vocals most of the time, to the point that the sound of their voices was weak to non-existent. In "Help"(their 2nd take after a computer glitch, which they handled well) you simply couldn't hear their voices at all. Lots of guitar and drums, though. I listened before the concert to a selection of Beatles songs on YouTube: the vocals were much clearer there. Their voices in the final songs of each set(before costume change) were usually easier to hear as in "She Loves You" and "Nowhere Man". In those songs they sounded very much like the original Beatles. But the other songs, I couldn't make out the vocals well at all. They've worked hard on their harmonies. Let the sound mixing display it better for all their songs. A second small complaint. The flood light shining out from stage to audience(red, amber, blue) was distracting for me. Better if they eliminated it. Could see them better if they did eliminate it. The background screens were effective. They did get the crowd going, and dancing. Most seemed to enjoy themselves. They finished with "Hey Jude" getting the crowd to sing the "Nah, nah nah" as the lights came back on. Nice ending. I wonder, though, how many others could not hear the vocals well.

the first half was fantastic the second half starting at the shea stadium was so loud the we had to cover our ears because of the girls screaming. the acoustic guitar was out of place with the songs you were playing, alsoyour helter skelter was out of place it added to more NOISE that we had to cover our ears to also cannot recommend to other friend and family until second half is restructured. yours truly Morry

    Beattlemania was awesome.!

I thought the four were extremely talented and portrayed the Beattles to a tee. Guitar and piano playing was excellent. Costume changes were pretty good and depicted the times accurately.

A Fun Evening to Remember Beatlemania

by KelownaFan on 2012-06-22Kelowna Community Theatre - Kelowna

My wife and I differed a little on our assessments of the evening. She, being a fan of Sir Paul, thought the performer was on target vocally, all evening. I, being a fan of George Harrison, thought the performer was sometimes on the mark, and other times a bit off. On the whole, we both enjoyed the evening. The song selection was good and the interaction with the audience was effective. At the end, the drummer gave his sticks to a young girl in the audience, which was a very nice touch. Well done, lads !
