Katy Perry in Concert

Since Katy Perry's Capitol Record debut in 2008 with "One of the Boys," she has racked up a cumulative 35 billion streams alongside worldwide sales of over 45 million adjusted albums and 135 million tracks with her albums "One of the Boys," "Teenage Dream," "PRISM," and "Witness," and her latest singles, "Never Really Over" and "Small Talk." She is the most-followed person globally on Twitter and was the first to reach 100 million followers. Katy was the first female artist to have four videos surpass a billion views each. Her videos for "Firework" and "Last Friday Night" have over one billion views, while "Roar" and "Dark Horse" have surpassed the two billion mark. Katy's 2015 Super Bowl performance is the highest-rated in the event's history. She is one of only five artists in history to have topped 100 million certified units with their digital singles – and the first-ever Capitol Records recording artist to join the elite RIAA 100 Million Certified Songs club.

    Katy Perry did not disapoint!

by rblhrt on 2017-11-08Air Canada Centre - Toronto

We were curious to see how she would top her previous 2 concerts of hers that we had been to and let me tell you We were totally amazed! Absolutely loved how she mixed both new and old songs and the new sets for the old songs were amazing! Her costume changes and theatrics blew us away! I would totally go and see this concert again!

Katy Perry puts on a very fun show!

by beachbird on 2017-11-08Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Took my daughter to see Katy Perry, and was surprised by a better than expected show. The opening act kind of sucked, but the music selections played in between the sets was great. Katy's set was musically good, volume was perfect, the light show and set was great, and the audience was interesting (multiple people wearing shark suits, others dressed as popcorn, fairies, and other characters, lots of people dancing). Katy interacted a lot with the audience and was funny and fun to watch. One of the most fun shows I've been to!

Awesome concert. Katy sang all her old hits and all her latest singles. One of the best concerts I’ve seen. High energy, awesome costumes, set props were great - almost every song had a different set. Totally recommend Katy Perry.

My only issue with this concert was how late Katy Perry started the show. The tickets said the show started at 7pm and Katy Perry started the show at 9 pm. I do not go to a lot of concerts and this might be typical but it seemed longer than necessary. I would have been a better experience without the long wait.

Katy Perry and her team presents a variety of stage productions - jaw-dropping and amazing props and stage design. Katy is undeniable super talented. They also tweak their songs a bit so that you get more than what you normally hear on the radio

amazing production but floor seats have issues

by msmochi on 2017-11-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I took my 10 year old, who is a huge Katy Perry fan. I got floor seats at the end of the row right beside the catwalk. They were expensive, but I wanted my daughter to get the most out of it. We were so excited. Everyone stayed in their seats for the opening act, but at intermission a bunch of people from many rows back came up and stood in front of us. When I asked people to leave on the grounds that I had paid extra for these seats and they were compromising my enjoyment, they refused with the explanation that they wanted a better view. Security came and refused to move people. We had to literally push people to get them out of our way. A 9 year old in our group was crying. If you are going to sell ticketed seats on the floor, there should be enforcement of space, particularly when it is a show catering to a youth audience. I still really enjoyed the production, but it was unnecessarily stressful having to fight people off so my child could see, and I would never buy those kinds of floor seats again, as you effectively have no right to the seat you have paid for if you are in a desirable location.

    Most entertaining artist I've seen!

by katycatTO on 2017-11-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I have been to a lot of pop concerts (1D, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, etc., even K-Pop) and Katy Perry is hands down the most entertaining artist I've ever seen. I first saw her in concert during her One of the Boys Tour. I had bought her tickets on a whim and listened to her album the day before I went to go see her. She did not disappoint - I fell in love with her music and personality and have been a huge fan since. This is the third concert of her's that I've been to and she never fails to deliver on the WOW factor. Her shows are always entertaining, she's never afraid to interact with her fans and she invests a lot of $$ into her concert sets to make it both a visual and auditory experience. Even if you don't like her as an artist, you can't deny that her shows are riveting. Her concerts are always the fastest 2 hours of my life and they feel like never last long enough!

    Just for kids (not Teens)

by Bryx on 2017-11-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

The show started at 9PM which given to the weekday and the average of the audience was too late! We got there before 7PM and until 9PM it was so boring!!! Some parts of performance were not suitable for the age range.

    Great show

by Sktzmn on 2017-11-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Would've gave a 5/5 star if Katy wasn't 40 minutes late starting. I also wasn't into Noah Cyris' music for the opening act. Great specials effects and costumes! Katy's voice was is good condition. Lot's of variety in the show.

    AMAZING!!

by Natololypop on 2017-11-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I've been a huge katy perry fan (Katycat) since I was twelve, I've seen her live twice and she never fails to disappoint. She is hilarious, an amazing singer and her shows are definitely a feast for Your eyes. She is also very aware of her demographic (young children) so the show is very family friendly. I highly recommend seeing Katy live if you ever get the chance.

    Katy Perry The Witness

by Dubois123 on 2017-11-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

From the opening roar of welcome from her fans, a thoroughly professional, entertainment spectacle. Excellent special effects, choreography many costume changes and the sound quality was excellent. Ms Perry, was personable with her audience engaging them in dialogue, in great voice and thoroughly enjoys entertaining. She introduced songs from her new CD and still brought out her favourites. This is the first time I have seen her and it won't be the last. Proud to be a Katycat!

Amazing! However, the music was too loud, and she did not play most of the songs I liked.
