    Beyond Professional

by Younger on 2014-09-17Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Crosby and Nash still know how to protest and good for them. Stephen Stills played some extraordinary guitar and many people around me sat there and went: "Wow!" I was mesmerized at times by his talents.

    Three hours of magic...

by DrJ65 on 2014-09-17Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

One more off the Musical Bucket List...CSN delivered one of the finest performances that I have ever had the fortune to witness. The sound quality was amazing and the venue was, as always, superb. A great venue to put on your list...

CS&N - Great show; Great venue

by KCAR on 2014-09-16Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - Woodinville

Counting a short break, Crosby, Stills & Nash delivered almost three hours of great tunes and great memories at the Chateau Ste. Michelle winery in Woodinville, WA on September 13th. The show was packed, but the venue was well managed and the winery's products were perfectly matched to the warm, late summer evening. After so many years, CS&N have a huge catalog of old and new material, which they blended almost perfectly. Unlike some concerts, where 'the star' mails it in, these guys did a great job of storytelling around some of their most memorable hits. Of the three, David Nash has best maintained his voice and playing; David Crosby's vocals got stronger as the evening progressed; Stephen Stills couldn't carry a tune in a paper bag, but his guitar playing was absolutely fantastic. A great evening under the stars!

    CSN

    by sleeve99 on 2012-06-02The Joint @HR - LAS

A lot of new stuff, harmonies were a little muddy, really wanted to hear Southbound Train but not to be. Skipped a lot of hits. Wouldn't play anything that the Canadian guy was on, maybe they can't, shame. Haven't seen them since Woodstock NY, now I have, ho hum.

    Crosby, Stills and Nash

by TWBH on 2009-07-27The Avalon Ballroom Theatre At Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort - Niagara Falls

A good show but a little disapointed in their song selection. When you go and see such music icons as Crosby, Stills and Nash you would expect them to play their own songs not the Rolling Stones and others. I know it gets boring playing the same songs over and over again but that is what the audience wants to hear and that is what made you who you are. There was some great guitar leads some awesome harmonies but just not enough of their hit songs.

Unbelievable - Crosby, Stills and Nash

by edigrace on 2009-07-17The Avalon Ballroom Theatre At Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort - Niagara Falls

Amazing trio...just the way I remembered them! Awesome performance...I was not disappointed although I would have liked that they performed longer. It was worth the trip to Niagara Falls from Toronto just to watch them. My husband and I give it a two thumps UP!!!

    back to the day

by mason1 on 2009-07-16The Avalon Ballroom Theatre At Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort - Niagara Falls

to feel the music and the message flowing from the stage was like the late 60's and early 70's when the air was full of meaning, the anti Viet Nam war movement was finally coming to fruitition and the world was finally seeming right with itself...I could look beyond the stage and sense those moments in my history that night at the Fallsview ... thanks....

Blast from the Past - with something new

by dbc5069 on 2009-07-15Meadow Brook Music Festival - Rochester Hills

Who would have thought that C,S & N would ever cover the Stones? James Taylor, maybe. They did all that and more in their Detroit show. Plus revisited some of the best from their other past bands. The crowd was great too - a little on the geezer side like us (was that smell in the air weed or Ben Gay?) but really into it. Great to spend an evening with musicians who are so thoughtful and careful about every song they perform.
