Cyrille Aimee Tickets

Her recordings are excellent, but Cyrille Aimée was even better in person - especially at this rather small, more intimate venue (L'Astral in Montreal). Her vocals are amazing, and she is surely one of the best scat singers performing today. Her backing performers are all masters in their own right. I kept thinking I would pay to see just these people perform as an instrumental group. Cyrille seems to think this too, as she literally stepped into the background a few times during the show to give them the spotlight.
