DVBBS IN CONCERT:

Canadian electronic duo DVBBS is heating up dance floors around the globe with their slick productions and heart-pounding live sets. Brothers Christopher and Alexandre van den Hoef have developed a refreshing, unique sound that combines anthemic vocals with stabbing synths and fathoms-deep bass on seriously party-worthy tunes that always get fans dancing. In concert they're masters of creating and releasing tension, injecting energy into the crowd with epic buildups before blowing minds with their ecstatic drops. Whether they're quickening pulses with their breakout hit "Tsunami" or inspiring sing-alongs with the supremely catchy "We Were Young", DVBBS always deliver an adrenaline-filled concert experience full of cutting-edge music and euphoric vibes.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Ontario-born brothers Christopher and Alexandre van den Hoef made their debut as DVBBS in 2012 with the EP Initio, an auspicious release that showcased their unique blend of house, dubstep, and reggae. A year later they gained major traction with the track "Tsunami", a collaboration with American DJ Borgeous that topped charts across Europe including the UK Singles Chart. The track was promoted by major DJs including Pete Tong and Sander van Doom, and the exposure led to high-profile gigs with a bevy of dance music luminaries including Tiesto and Steve Aoki. A steady stream of singles followed, which DVBBS supported with a busy touring schedule that included appearances at Ultra Music Festival in Miami and Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas. With fans eagerly awaiting their full-length debut, DVBBS will continue to get ticket buyers dancing on tour with their electrifying sets.

by Julessssssssssss on 2018-05-14REBEL - Toronto

I loved it. Although I felt like the artists at the end of the night got a lot more stage time than the rest which sucked but overall it was a great time. Wonderful choice of Canadian artists !!
