Costumes, sets and props were great and the skaters did an excellent job! My only complaint was the price of the snacks, $15 for a bag of stale popcorn or cotton candy!
The children (4 and 6 years) were completely in awe of the characters skating in front of them. Characters were talented athletes and also interacted in fun ways with the crowd. I found myself lost in the stories as well. A very enjoyable show. I would attend again. The arena seemed rather empty. I wonder if the ticket prices were more accessible, if more people would have filled the seats?
This is the 2nd time that we have taken our grandchildren to this show. They were a little disappointed that Frozen wasn't a part of it. It would have been a excellent show had the newer characters been involved. The items for sale were very overpriced for the product received.
Although we were there primarily to see all the Princesses, the first half of the show was entertaining enough but few of the well known Princesses. Second half too short because the excitement at seeing them was just leaking when the show finished. Tears of disappointment for a 5 yr old Princess!
My daughter and I loved this show, It was just amazing to see. It really brought the movies to life for us. We will go to it again.
Disney on ice's treasure trove was a great show for our 3 year old. She loved it - especially the "fireworks" at the end. The only thing she missed was seeing more of the princesses like Belle and Cinderella.
IT WAS OK, NOT THE BEST EVENT NOR THE WORST. A good few hours out for the kids but not a spectacular event.
Disney on Ice has become our yearly family tradition. This year we had about 16 of us with kids from 1 - 8 years of age. Absolutely the best time. We see our kids laugh, sing along and cry when it's all over. But undoubtedly a time we look forward to each year.
I would definitely go to Disney on Ice again! Can't wait! All the skaters are so talented! :D
My granddaughter went with my daughter-in-law. A few days after my granddaughter (aged 3 years) phoned me and told me that she had gone to Disney on Ice. Then in her words she proceeded to tell me all the characters she saw ( with mommies help in the back ground). She named a lot of them. When I asked if she liked the show the answer was a resounding YES! My daughter-in-law said she had a ball. She was dancing and singing and was just overwhelmed with it all. She was introduced to some characters that she hadn't known before.: like Peter Pan. I am so glad that I bought the tickets for my granddaughter for Christmas, It was so great to hear that she had so much fun!.
