    Dora was fun!

by CPGal on 2009-10-22National Arts Centre - Ottawa

We took our 3 year old to see this show and we all had a fun time. It was actually better than most shows that we have been to see and we have seen several in and around Ottawa. Much more professional for sure. We would even consider attending again if Dora is still a fav. Too bad there was no photo op. Overall a great show!

was amazing to see my 2yr old watch Dora

by Vamps on 2009-08-04National Arts Centre - Ottawa

obviously this wasn't for me, but it was worth every penny to see the joy in my daughters face when she saw Dora live on stage. She's only 2 but she knew exactly what she was watching (her idol) she was up on her feet the entire time dancing and clapping. She also had 2 of her little friends who also enjoyed it very much they too were up on their feet dancing... i would definitely recommend Dora the explorer live for young children.

    Dora Live was wonderful!

by England on 2009-08-01National Arts Centre - Ottawa

The kids loved Dora and all her friends. They were dancing and singing in their seats. The characters were very interactive with the audience so they really enjoyed themselves! A must for all kids!

    Found - Dora's Lost Show

by Unicorn on 2009-07-27National Arts Centre - Ottawa

I went to see Dora Live with one of the biggest Dora fan, my daughter Alyssa. She picked me up after work and drove to the NAC. With excitement, she bought herself a t-shirt and picked up a star - one for each of us - to play along. We laughed about picking up a Dora-teenie at intermission but there was none! I forgot to mention, Dora's biggest fan is 18 years old and we loved every minute of the show. Thanks for letting us be Big Kids.

    Dora was great!

by Phillip on 2009-07-24National Arts Centre - Ottawa

I took my three year old daughter and based on the look on her face throughout, and her disappointment when it ended, I'd say it was exactly what it's supposed to be.

    Dora the Explorer

by steamshovel on 2009-07-22National Arts Centre - Ottawa

Educational and fun for preschoolers. We took 3 five year olds. Two were too advanced for the level of activity. One was 'just right'.

    Dora was sweet

by joytulip on 2009-07-20National Arts Centre - Ottawa

My 2 and 4 year old daughters were glued to the stage, they were up in the aisles dancing, singing and yelling along with the gang! It was a great day to spend with my girls.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the Dora the Explorer Live! show. It was much better than anticipated. The scenery was beautiful and the costumes were very creative. The music and story were catchy. It was definitely entertaining. A must see!

    We Loved Seeing Dora Live!

by ChildAtHeart on 2009-07-18National Arts Centre - Ottawa

Our entire family loved this show! My children loved seeing Dora and Diego in person! Most impressive for us, however, was how beautifully they re-created and presented Boots, Benny, Isa, the Big Red Chicken, Swiper and Azul as well. My 2-year-old gasped in amazement when he first saw them on stage - true to the characters as they are known on the show! For the most part, the story line is the same as it is on the show. There are, however, a few differences, and some of the songs are new as well. All in all, this was definitely a family favourite this year, and we are thrilled we had the chance to see it!

    Dora was Great

by DoraJo on 2009-07-16National Arts Centre - Ottawa

My daughter loved seeing Dora, but could not relate to the not costumed Dora and Diego as being the real deal. She kept asking when the real ones were coming. Also, it would have been nice if it had been bilingual English/French instead of English/Spanish.
