Performance was great. Story was great. Cast was great. Music was great. And I loved the use of the stage and lighting and costumes for the band, ghosts, past and present.

by WingDing42 on 2014-11-29Fisher Theatre - DetroitDid not know what to expect other than great music (which there was). Very dark story..... Stephen King's footprint is all over this musical play. Loved the music and the way the play was presented but left the theater with a very unsettled feeling. I would go to see it again to pick up on the parts which I missed. (Wish there was instant replay - lol). Cast was great...especially Billy Burke. Bottom line... I would recommend the play to my friends who are Stephen King and John Mellencamp fans. Also T Bone Burnett fans.
