    Gilda's club Presents

by retirednursee55 on 2016-11-22Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

Absolutely the best one yet. It is going to be hard to top next year. Russell Peters is awesome; Colin Mochrie..there are no words to describe his insane improv talent. I would go just to see these two. Very nice mix of music . Enjoyed them all. Very well put together show. I found the" impact speech" too long. I understand their voices need to be heard but this time it was too long drawn out. My friends with me felt the same. We all started to mind-drift after about the first 5 minutes. Over all, the show was GREAT.

Mark 'It's Always Something' always on your list

by Mikar on 2016-11-22Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

A great Variety Night concert featuring some of Canada's (and the world's) best comedians and musicians -- and it's all for a very impactful cause, Gilda's Club of Toronto. Organized by volunteers, it's the first time we've attended and it's certainly going on our 'must attend' concerts going forward. Wonderful lineup of entertainment. We're certainly recommending our family and friends to attend.

by Oakies on 2016-11-22Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

Really enjoyed the treat of the 3 Tenors and Russel Peters was a scream While very touching, but we thought that both speaches especially the one with the retirement of Levy was way to long With 2 big screams could they not of put all the sponsers and the groups participating on the screen to speed it up. All in all great time and show

    A nice night out

by TripperD on 2016-11-22Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

I really enjoyed the musical performances. Some of the artists I didn't know, but they were great. My only issue was that each only did two songs and then you never saw them again. I reazile its a variety show, but I would have liked a few more songs per artist. My least favorite part was the 60's section at the end. I found it very anti climactic and felt it would have been a better kickoff at the start of the show.

Too many thank you' to sponsors!

    by opinionated66 on 2016-11-20Sony Centre - Toronto

Wonderful show however, it seemed like a small town awards program where EVERYONE Had to be acknowledged. Even thanking spouses and other family members was too much. Also mention of Gala for some people indicated a two tier audience.

    It's Always Something was incredible!!

by Girlsgoout on 2015-11-23Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

This is the premiere variety show in Toronto showcasing all Canadian talent (Russell Peters, Colin Mochrie, Chantal Kreviazik and more!!) and does not disappoint. Blending comedy with musical artists, you really get to see a 'variety' of talent for a super great cause. With ALL PROCEEEDS going to charity the show. Lots of other starts support the cause, like fashion guru, Jeanne Bekker.
