Grease Tickets

Very entertaining from start to finish, I was sorry to see it end; i would go see it again if coming back to this area.

15 people purchased tickets and we were sitting mid section 10 rows from the floor. Our seats were (1) very uncomfortable; (2) too close - no room. Also the jumbo tron was being shown from a far-away distance - no close-ups and very very dark. Hard to decipher. We spent $500 on tickets and were very disappointed. But then so were others - soooooooo many left during the show - I couldn't believe. I also have to complain to the fact that the show was 1 hour into its broadcast when people were still coming in - what's wrong with these people? They disturb everyone. Casino Rama needs a remodel on this theatre big time. Also the sound was very faint and sometimes hard to hear. I think they changed up a number of the songs that were not part of the original movie. Plus a lot of key scenes were eliminated. Too bad - we thought we'd be in for a treat. After waiting an hour in the buffet line-up we were hoping for a real treat ... not so. Glad we ate dessert at the buffet.

Lots of fun. Enjoyed the whole show. Everyone was very talented.

This was the worst event I have ever been to... I have been to many events and this was by far the most boring event. It did not have a good theme.. Danny goes with sandy to the dance.. not ritso... and I thought they were fighting?? how did they end up at the drive in.. it wasnt a play at all. it was very confusing. Also not to mention that it was bad, I bought these tickets as a birthday present from me and my sisters, and when we got there they had moved two of us to a different section in which we did not sit together... I felt like it ruined my moms birthday... I do not suggest this play to Anyone it was that bad. Sorry grease, but you were a fail in my opinion.

The show was great. You could feel the excitement in the audience. Peaple around us were getting into the mood with the music. I think we all knew the songs.

I was really excited to see this show...considering I loved the movie. Soon enough I realized that this was going to be like watching a highschool play. The props were not enough and the backgrounds were not very effective. The singing was just okay. It did not seem as though Sandy and Danny were the main characters in the story...it seemed that everyone had the same amount of stage time as they did..at some parts even more than them. The only part I really enjoyed was hearing the songs that I love from the movie and the seats that we were in...although the actual seats were very uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recomment buying tickets for this show...but if they are free, hey, why not.

For $50/ticket this was a real disappointment. The scenes were all jumbled along with the order of songs. The talent was not as good as my son's High School performance of the same production. The saving grace was a great dinner at the casino's buffet restaurant and fun playing slots.

The theatre at Casino Rama looks very nice but is one of the most uncomfortable theatres I have been in with poor stadium seating. The show had no intermission which made sitting for that length even harder. People were leaving part way through which was both distracting and rude. The performers were good and the overall show was okay too, I would recommend it but with the understanding that it would be uncomfortable.

I found the performance was lacking in energy especially at the end when Sandy and Danny do their song & dance together.

The title says it all. The actors ranged from decent to terrible. Frenchy was awful. Rizz not too bad. Sandy..completely disappointing. Danny...okay. Actually the guys did okay. Grease lightening was the best performance in my opinion. Oh...the band was good. If you want good theatre, stick with Mirvish or Dancap.
