    Extreme Satisfaction!

by fatherof3teenagegirls on 2012-01-23Detroit Opera House - Detroit

I recently had one of my 3 teenage daughters turn 16 so we decided that mum, dad and the girls would check it out to celebrate. You never know exactly what you are going to get when you plan a night out with the family....hard to keep everyone happy with whatever you decide to do. American Idiot performed at the Detroit Opera was MAGNIFICENT from start to finish...full of non-stop,edgy,musical satisfaction....there was never a point where one felt ripped-off....we all left feeling completely saturated with awesome musicality and lively imagery. Thanks Billy Joe and everyone involved for this gift.

Green Day's American Idiott was awesome!!

by LMMM on 2011-12-30Toronto Centre for the Performing Arts - Toronto

Absolutely loved the musical in Toronto. Orchestra and band were awesome, loved the Cello player and drums. Really good job by entire cast. Great story and obviously great music. Set design was well done. I would definitely go to see it twice as their is so much going on on the stage that I its worth a second watch. Would recommend for 16 and up. I took my 20 year old son for a Christmas gift and he liked it as much as I did.
