Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra Tickets

Good Concert. Not as good as I thought it might be though

I enjoyed the orchestra. This was my first time going to any sort of classical music. I particularly liked the harp duet. I enjoyed the idea of Shakespeare being performed to the music. The student who played Puc was very good. We were informed of the event by one of the solo singers. We had knew she sang opera but had not heard her perform. We where quite impressed by her voice. She certainly does not look like she would have such a strong voice. The costumes I felt needed some work. Being an avid sewer myself and over the years having made many costumes for multiple performers for both recitals and competitions I found them to be lacking in professionalism. When walking along the stage the trains on a couple of the costumes where so too long. In fact in on incident I noticed on actor step on the train of the person in front of her. All in all it was quite an enjoyable evening.

The music was flawless. The conductor was so animated! Music was a great mix of new and familiar!

The HPO put on a really lively show, very entertaining. Good variety of selections, and nice arrangements.

Excellent performance by the orchestra and the acrobat performers. Wonderful crowd and usher staff.

This was my first experience to hear the Hamilton Philharmonic. Working in conjunction with the Canadian Brass was just like icing on the cake! I fully enjoyed the evening as seeing the Canadian Brass live brought home just how professional each member of the group was in making the group as successful as they are today. I hope that this type of performance will be repeated in the future.

HPO always give best performance and I enjoy it really much. At that time there is Canadian brass as the guest star and it's really amusing. They picked the songs really match with the holiday season and make me happy.

This event surpassed our expectations. It was a fun, pleasant, unpretentious evening. A wonderful first experience with the symphony!

Far better than we expected. The guest "conductor" is an amazing entertainer/producer in his own right and the show highlighted some great talent in the HPO. All round great fun as music should be.

This is quite a collaboration. Which is thinking outside of the box is always good. The whole family enjoy it very much, and we know it's good its our dad didn't fall asleep. LOL
