I purchased 2x Hollywood Christmas Parade tickets as a birthday gift. The day of the event, Los Angeles received rain .... when I purchased these tickets (at $85 each +++ ) no where did it state "rain or shine event". Anyone can go to the parade for free. I purchased these tickets so they could watch the pre-show concert and have a spot to sit..... Anyway, the pre-show concert didn't happen at all and the parade itself did not even come near the grand stand seating if it happened at all ...... anyway, for $200 I am EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY disappointed ........ How do I get refunded??
