We had an issue with our seats, there was only 7 seats instead of 8. So customer service gave us floor seats close up to the skaters.Never sat that close before, was an amazing experience and my kids loved it too.
I've been to a lot of Disney on Ice shows. This one does not compare to them. It was ok but not fantastic. My 8 year old daughter's comment was " it was good except the boring parts".
Story line kind of dragged but the figure skater were excellent and very magical seeing dancing figure skating snowflakes. Like the fire, steam and sparks. At the end the characters were suppose to stop for a selfie and didn't do for about 2.5 seconds and then took off before anyone could get a picture so it would have been nice if they could have waited a little longer ... P.S. I hate the MTS for making the seats so small!!! Not made for big people, adults, tall people, or anyone wearing sweaters/jackets or winter clothing! Such a shame
Hi - we did enjoy this event. Will not be doing this often because of the ticket prices, food and drink prices and the toy prices. My grand-daughter was quite upset. She saw many kids with plush toys and cried because grandma could not afford it. Other than that, I did recommend the event to many people. The show was fantastic! Thank you!
The show was great, the beginning was a little slow but it definitely got very exciting. It entertained and captured my four year old's attention for the entire show. Downside were the cost of cotton candy, which was $12! Off course, the cost of the toys as always was outrages.
I bought the tickets because my son would not stop begging me. He really, really, really enjoyed the show. I didn't mind the show and I think it was very entertaining for the kids. I however watched the show in a different way being a skating coach myself so I don't want to say too much.
Overall the show was great , very fun for the kids who liked and enjoyed the movies Ice Age. Costumes and sets were very well done and of coarse the price of the crazy cotton cane is the usual negative comment . Was very disappointed to see how many empty seats there were. Tix were a reasonable price , but I guess time of the year was not great with Back to School and Sport Registration.
This was a substandard production. The skaters seemed unpolished and lethargic. The characters were there, but there was minimal child friendly interaction. The use of the word NUDITY was completely inappropriate. There wasn't a lot of character development and the skaters seemed bored with their own routine. Very disappointed...
The story was good and the parts were interpreted very well by the characters the mammoths were terrific. The kids really enjoyed the show.
Stick to Disney on Ice events. Ice Age was a whole lot of filler and not much of a story. Kids will still probably enjoy it, but the dance numbers were excessive and pointless. It felt like they couldn't come up with much of a story, so they put in song and dance to fill up 2 hours.
