I thought the play was quite entertaining, but felt that the programs could have been a little bit moreclassy for the price of the tickets.

It was a play and Concert in one - Loved it!!!!

by Chanti on 2010-11-03Massey Hall - Toronto

I would recommend it, it's funny and relateable. The actors were fantastic and managed to make each other laugh as well as the audience. Brian McKnight sang a few of his hits which were perfectly timed into the play as well as some custim songs. Christian Keys sang incredibly well with a nice body might I add. Vivica & Melinda deliver non stop laughs thouroughout. Gary was hilarious but it was hard to hear him at times (I think he had a bad mic) Was thrilled to see that they came out after the play to sign autographs and Brian was taking pictures (with the purchase of a CD or Shirt). Shows that they do care about the audience that comes out to support them.

    Better than Broadway!!!

by LLCoolAid on 2010-10-28Massey Hall - Toronto

I really enjoyed this play. Karen White was hilarious and of course the music by Brian Mcknight was outstanding. Well worth the money and I would see it again! Meeting the stars at the end was icing on the cake!

This play turned out amazing. I must say I was worried in the beginning as it started kind of slow but that feeling lasted all of 5 mins. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

Guaranteed lots of laughs, Tyler Perry scenes! LOL

by Charms on 2010-10-28Massey Hall - Toronto

All together the play was very funny, the singing by Brian McKnight was so awesome, he made my toes curl. Acting was fantastic except for the lady who worked in the doctor's office, he over acted a bit too much. The guy that was fighting w/Brian was so yummy. The writing wasn't the best, could be more realistic. The start of the play was also not the best, but once it got 10 mins in, the script got really juicy & dramatic. Some of the actresses spoke so quickly & their accents so strong, you missed a few sentences here & there. Love Vivica, she's a great actress, very believable, easy to understand & just brought a lot of excitement to the play as usual. The seats at Massey Hall were too tiny & no leg room.

I gave my friend a ticket to this show as a birhtday present and i am very happy I did. We both thoroughly enjoyed the show and I know she will remember it and talk about it for a long time - as will I. Very entertaining, full of laughs and the back in times music enjoyable. Nice to be able to sing along. All the characters were all very entertaining.

    Loved It

by FanOfBMcKnight on 2010-10-28Massey Hall - Toronto

I suspected that the title told all of what the play was about but to see it unfold was great. At one point I got up in the aisle and left my purse in my seat. I have always wanted to see Brian McKnight perform and he did just that and more. I wish it was here longer for more people to see. I want to see more of it. Even my mother in Mississippi is asking when its coming to her. I just happen to come across the advertisment and was hooked. It was worth the trip to Toronto on a Tuesday night.

    Brian's voice is amazing.

    by Lr210 on 2010-10-28Massey Hall - Toronto

Overall a good play and a fun night out. THe high's - The singing and Brian and Vivica's one on one dialogue. Good acting, funny script. The low's - Some parts have too much going on and too much "soap opera" drama.
