by Oversixty on 2010-09-26Chan Centre For The Performing Arts - VancouverI just recently discovered Jon and Roy on iTunes and was pleased to find out they are Canadian, from Vancouver Island no less. Their concert at the Chan Centre for the CBC was my first experience of them live but it won't be the last. I was blown away by how talented they are, especially Jon. Every song I liked and could have listened to them much longer than the hour they were allotted. It is impossible to describes Jon's voice, but there is something in it that I would say feels like emotional honesty. He sings and plays from his core.
