Great staff at the Venue. Not enough parking close by but the team did well and everyone enjoyed the game !

Love the Frontenacs! We never miss a game. But the sound system is terrible! We literally cannot understand a word that the on ice host says. And it’s not much better for the PA announcer. It’s so frustrating. And annoying! You can hear people complaining about it every single game. We’ve been to games in several other OHL rinks and our system is by far the worst.

Why is the sound system in Slush Puppie Place so horrible? If you are lucky enough to make it out, any live broadcast video is out of sync. In today's age why is this problem ignored? Come on Slush Puppie get with the 70's and get some upgraded audio and video.

FUN! Relatively cheaper than other venues. Terrible that they ran out of cinnamon sugar for small donuts:( Fairly good entertainment for an ok price just wish our seats were not so obstructed by camera guy, we were in the front row and couldn't see anything in the north end of rink Horribly uncomfortable seats!!!

Ticketmaster, went smoothly Frontenacs…no family pac available on Family day. Would only make sense.

Great hockey game, 5/5! Would have been nice to know in advance about the obstructed views caused by the penalty box plexiglass and the stair railings. Don’t buy centre ice/blue line tickets below rows 9 or 10, or you’ll find out the hard way about the very obstructed views of nearly half the ice surface.

The price of a soda and fries was ludicrous, 5$ for a bottle of Coca Cola, 7.50 for a fry. The Facility is nice. The PA system was terrible, could not understand what anyone was saying whatsoever. The atmosphere was lacking in the building. And generally just not what I expected out of the experience.

We decided to go to a frontenacs game at the keons center.. what a mistake..we left after the 2nd period..the sound system is a disgrace..could hardly make out what was being said. They really need to put out a better product .. Very disappointed

The worst acoustics I have ever heard in a facility like this! You couldn't hear anything announcers were saying on their microphones. I actually thought the name of a draw winner was Ted Bundy. And I was in on that draw so was intently listening. Also the board glass is so banged up and warped that you couldn't see any of the hockey game unless it was right in front of you. We were in the second row and spent most of the time looking at the T.V. all 6 of us. We won't be back for a hockey game and if the acoustics are like that in a concert I would be furious. Just seemed like they really cheaped out on everything.

Love coming home to Kingston to watch the Fronts but the sound quality was horrible!! You could NOT understand anything the MC and announcers were saying. It was completely muffled. Even when the Kinsmen draw was happening you couldn’t understand any of the names they said or what they were saying. Made these parts of the event unpleasant. Otherwise. Good hockey (even though the fronts lost).
