Lee Ann Womack Tickets

This concert got started a little late and ended way early. It was obvious that Lee Ann was suffering from some sort of ailment and I am certain that affected her performance and caused the early end. I saw her once before and she was amazing, thus the reason for going back. I'll chalk this one up to a bad night but it would have been nice if Lee Ann or Casino Rama or ANYONE was just honest and up front with the people that paid good money to see her.

I normally enjoy Lee-Ann Womack's music but her concert at Rama last week was dry and emotionless. She walked out and didn't even acknowledge the audience. She seemed to be more into the music that influenced her, than her own music. Her band members were her saving grace, steel guitar, fiddle player, pianist and electric guitar players - and she didn't even introduce them. Is she not proud of them? She had an excellent opportunity to showcase anything new...but I guess that isn't what Lee-Ann Womack is about... so let's rely on the old ones, they got her this far... But alais, she will be forgotten because her old songs aren't that memorable. They certainly are not worth an encore, which we never got anyways.

It was all about the singing, There wasnt much idle chit chat, She has an amazing band.
