LOS LONELY BOYS IN CONCERT:

Chicano rock favorites Los Lonely Boys are known for their signature "Texican Rock n' Roll," a unique style that combines rock, Texas blues, and Tejano. Approaching two decades together, the Boys are nothing if not seasoned performers, and fans can expect to see a rip-roaring display of musicianship from the tireless trio at their live shows. With their eighth album hot off the presses, Los Lonely Boys will hit the stage hotter than a ball of Texas fire on their 2014 tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Comprised of Texan brothers Henry, Jojo, and Ringo Garza, Los Lonely Boys self-released several records in Nashville in the '90s before moving back to their home state with the hope of finding a more appreciative audience. The move proved fruitful — under the tutelage of Willie Nelson, the trio's self-titled third album peaked at No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums Chart, going on to receive double platinum certification from the RIAA. Since then, they’ve become key players in the Texas music scene, releasing a string of successful records including the Grammy-winning hit single "Heaven" and Grammy-nominated songs "More than Love" and "Onda."

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"The Garza Brothers put on another amazing show! I have seen them several times, and they are great every time. If you ever have a chance to see them live, I highly recommend it."

"Los Lonely Boys are amazing and we go to see them every time they are in the area. They play Texas Rock and Roll and can play their instruments with amazing ability! Their voices are great too with their harmonizing!"

"Absolutely amazing! These guys played their hearts out and rocked the place."

First half was OK, songs from their new CD Revelation which proved to be better live than the recorded/studio versions. Second half was more interesting/exciting as they let loose and jammed a bit, showing off their talent. They play a couple of BB Kings tunes (The Thrill is gone) as a tribute. The warm up bands guitarist Lukas joined them on stage for those.

    los lonely boys dissapointing

by catalina8048 on 2015-05-21Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg

Was so looking forward to these guys. Love their voices and harmonies. Instead was "treated" to quitar jam sessions. Felt like I was at a high school sock hop! The quitar playing was good ,but each song lasted 20 minutes!

Los Lonely Boys a little lonely

by LJVB on 2015-05-20Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg

I was so looking forward to seeing Los Lonely Boys. I have three of their albums and a huge fan of Henry Garzas' guitar style. They played not even two hours and the songs choices didn't really highlight their massive talent. The problem, I think, was the crowd. A little older and quiet. I soooo wanted them to rip it up on stage, but they were quite subdued. There was no encore. Some of us tried to stay, while most left. Kind of disappointed. I LOVE THESE GUYS, but wish they could have played some more of their harder stuff (ex Onda). I presume the crowd may have dictated their night. I will see them again! Perhaps a different time and place.

Los Lonely Boys ripped it up!!!

What can I say, Los Lonely Boys are freakin' awesome musicians. A solid 2 hour set, songs from all their albums made for a fun evening of dancing and singing along. I think everybody who was there had a great time. The fans ranged in age from teens to people in their seventies. I wish all shows were like this, up close and personal. Stripped down, no heavy production or backing tracks. These guys are the real deal! They can sing and play. After the show they came out and shook the fans hands and thanked us for coming out. Love them, would have been fun to follow them up to Kelowna to see the show again.

    Los Lonely Boys

by Suzieq22 on 2015-05-12Hard Rock Casino Vancouver - Coquitlam

I enjoyed their voices and they are amazing musicians. The only negative is I wish they had spent more time singing and less of the guitar riffs. It got to be a little tiring after awhile and also they didn't sing alot of their songs due to this.

    LLB & POTR nail it!

by Spear on 2015-05-12Hard Rock Casino Vancouver - Coquitlam

The boys were in excellent Firm this past Saturday. The harmonies were impeccable and Henry was on fire! His guitar playing is a distinct homage to the late SRV and he continues to improve with time. Always a pleasure to experience artists who truly enjoy their music and who appreciate their audience. A very special surprise was the opening act, Lukas Nelson and POTR. Lukas has total command of his guitar and his vocals are very compelling. Overall a great performance from both groups!
