The event was great, had good veiw. The event went fast. Well put together.

Over all really good. I would do this again here and have the same seats. You can really see what is going on in the theater.

Nice venue for bodybuilding and fitness, Winnipeg has always produced their fair share of quality fitness men and woman over the years and this novice competition showed that.

In & Out was easy with a stamp of the hand The venue was general admission but you could pretty much see from whereever you were sitting. There was also a screen on the side for your viewing although it wasnt the same as seeing the physiques on stage! Show went long but there were tons of competitors The only compliants I have were the lights malfunctioned at one point and the show was extremely long with controversial finishes but that is normal. No where in the building to purchase food, drinks or coffee so you had to go outside!

way too much miscommunication between the MCs and the judges. The calling up of the weight classes was awkwardly done and it just made it hard to watch. I also disagreed with a lot of the placements but that's a separate issue. The event left a lot to be desired.

I went to watch a friend perform and having never been to a body building competition found that is mildly entertaining and I would actually go again whether they are in it or not.

You pay $40 for tickets and still have to sit through a bunch of ridiculous commercials for the sponsors. Too many categories. Men's physique is a category for guys that don't like leg day. Ridiculous. This is the most obvious example of a category that should be eliminated. Overly long, poorly paced. If you're going to ram the sponsors down everybodys throat before, during and after the show, the ticket cost should be a fraction of what it was. It's not like there are performers on stage that are getting paid.

It looked like amature hour. The atheletes looked great but the overall program and the fact that some individuals didn't even have competitors took away from the event overall. Not in agreement with the judges in some cases, especially in the female competitions; it seemed to be more of a who knows who rather than who deserves the trophy. I was extremely disappointed as a former body builder who knows what these atheletes go through.

The venue at McPhillips Casino was great. Concession available and the washrooms were very clean and large. Seating was comfortable and the lighting was good. Getting a taxi at the end of the night was a bit chaotic, but I didn't have a long wait at all.

The event was fantastic and the contestants deserved the recognition they worked so hard for. Very inspirational !
