A very long show Opened with a 84 Minute set that had some quieter tunes. The second set really rocked with some very long jams and great interplay within the band Including the 2 encores the 2nd set was about 1 hr 45 mins. While the band was great, the show was marred by the talkative crowd in Vancouver history. These people should stay home and stop ruining the show for those who paid to hear them band not some gab about their Ipod for 1/2 the show. Why bother coming? Or the guy who rationalized his talking on the basis that it was a rock and roll show - the logical stupidity of that rationale defies analysis. Stay home if you can't pay attention and listen. Regardless I was glad I went and go go again should Mike return
It was an amazing night of music, dance and overall happy people. All I saw was dancing smiling faces. NO DANCE FLOOR NAZI'S. Yahhh! Made it so much more enjoyable. It started at 8 sharp. Went the distance of the night with a short set break. There was a keyboard light up finger drumming thing that went the full distance of the stage. Not sure what it did but people were enjoying tapping it when it lit up. Awesome funky get down and get dirty bass thumping dance music.
If you were there, you know. If you weren't, you missed out.
