    Such a great experience

by YEGnBacon on 2020-02-11Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Host (Nigel) was great. Lots of fun and obviously talented. The event was a blast. Old and young were out to celebrate BHM and it was a beautiful moment for community. Ticketmaster sold me tickets to the pit though and it was closed, so we had to get new tickets which was frustrating as we tried to get good seats.

I have been going to this since I was small and I really enjoy it so much energy and fun. A concert for the whole family. I encourage everyone to experience a concert like this.

    Disappointment

by Deenie on 2015-02-10Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

I took my sister to this concert as part of her birthday celebrations and we were very disappointed. There were some redeeming performances - Ms. Audrey French opened the evening with a beautiful violin solo, Unspoken Testimony was fantastic and the performance by Essence of Praise was soul stirring. A few of the other acts were 'OK' but some were not enjoyable at all. We also felt that the instruments often drowned out the vocalists. We had anticipated more music similar to that presented by Essence of Praise and really would have enjoyed the evening more if they had replaced many of the other groups that performed.
