Great - a really good presentation, with speaker very engaging.
This series on the cats of India was great. The gentleman lecturing about his work was very engaging and truly passionate about what he is doing. He was a wonderful storyteller and his photographs and videos were fantastic.
The show was very interesting, beautifully photographed and very informative. The presenter, Sandesh, was personable, captivating and very well versed in his subject. The show went by much too quickly. A VERY enjoyable evening out.
Amazing photos and videos. His stories and over-all presentation was captivating. Really well done and so glad I attended.
Sandesh's talk, accompanied by beautiful picture and videos, was a real treat. It was so generous of him to answer so many questions afterwards.
WASTE OF MONEY IF ALL OTHER NATIONAL GEOGRAFIC ARE THE SAME,DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Fun, inspiring and educational! I hope National Geographic offers more events like this.
Meeting the photographers, hearing their stories and seeing their images "live" was amazing! They offered "hope" for the future of our wild world.
Beautiful, inspired film and really engaging narrative from Bryan. We are lucky in Ottawa to have events like this, and should support them! Was a bit sorry (and surprised!!) to see it was not entirely sold out, as it definitely deserved to have been. CBC host did a fine and enthusiastic and thoughtful job (though, remember to check the balcony for people with questions during the Q/A ! Somewhat fewer questions from CBC and more from the audience would have been super too :) But overall, a great event, and everyone did a good job! Would definitely go again!
We certainly enjoyed the journey to discovery of the Spinosaurus. The presenter was enthusiastic and entertaining, however considering it is sponsored by National Geographic, we expected more visually from the show. The show was not suitable for children (which was approx. 25% of the audience) - not dynamic enough to hold their attention - should have been considering it is all about dinosaurs! The Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre did a wonderful job in providing display pieces and information pre & post show. We would attend another presentation similar to this in the future, however the ticket price would need to come down or the show needs to be enhanced.
