    Blast

by Roy D on 2021-11-28The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Unfortunately the lead singer wasn’t able to make the concert. The show went on and the other band member was amazing. I’m sure it wasn’t easy to go it alone but the crowd loved it. He didn’t miss a beat. Congrats for pulling it off.

    Wow they've still got it!

I have to admit, I thought my 'industrial' days were behind me. I hadn't heard anything from Niter Ebb in a while but after seeing them live in Toronto at the Mod club I was really impressed! great sound, great energy and loads of fun to dance to! It's hard to capture an audience with a synth only band....so hat's off NE!! I also bought their new CD 'Industrial Complex' at the concert, I've had the chance to listen to it and it's AWESOME! I fully recommend it.

Great show. The lads are still in top form. Good mix of old and new material and the new album was on sale there, too.

Nitzer Ebb are still kicking it!

by Haltonian on 2009-12-02Mod Club Theatre - Toronto

I've been a Nitzer Ebb fan since the mid eighties, used to spend a few nights a week at alternative dance clubs. When I heard Nitzer Ebb were coming back, I was really excited to go, but having seen a few bands from my youth lately, I have to admit I was a bit unsure of how it was going to be... Anyway, from the first drum beat, it was obvious that Nitzer Ebb were still able to perform. Both McCarthy and Harris look great, the set list was awesome, pretty much all of the singles from That Total Age, Belief, and Showtime, they have new material as well which was great, songs that pulled from various aspects of Nitzer Ebbs best albums.
