These masters of folk, Appalachia roots, country, bluegrass and French Canadian music wowed a full house Winnipeg crowd . Sure good to have them back in town. They tell great stories about their songs and had a great cast of guest musicians and dancers opening folk duo started the evening with a great set warmly and enthusiastically by the crowd. The whole evening like a mini Winnipeg.Folk Festival
I love this group! So much energy and a nice mix of traditional music and original songs. I also love that they're an all-girl "blue-grass" band. It's a rarity to have an all-girl band in any genre, never mind bluegrass.
"Oh my darling" lived up to expectations of a sold-out crowd. They never failed to entertain the crowd even with their poignant songs such as "All the sweetness" or "I don't need my shoes".
Thank You Oh My Darling! These 4 women are very talented and very passionate about sharing their gifts with their audience. Love that they tell us where the song came from and they are so grateful for their fans. I am one of their fans and I always have a warm, loving feeling with their music. Always want to get up and dance and groove with them.
This was my first time hearing this group and they did not disappoint. Loved everything from their lyrics, their style and their abounding energy. They put on a great show!
