Too bad the show was an hour and a half late starting
by Almost satisfied on 2022-06-28The Royal Theatre - TorontoWhen we bought our tickets it was advertised as a 7:00PM show. We made reservations for dinner across the street from the Royal Theatre at Sotto Voce for 9:30, thought we would have good timing. The show was originally at The Danforth Music Hall and was moved to The Royal Theatre. We paid top dollar the best seats at Danforth and the group next to us has paid less than half, that is just another part of the fiasco, we heard others even paid as low as $25 and sat near the front. Doors did not open until after 8:00, the show started around 8:30. There was no reasoning why and no apologies from the venue of from the performer. We had to get up and leave at 9:45, We were third row centre.Pam Ann asked if she was boring, no you started an hour and a half late! The show that we did see was very funny, being in the business we thought her humour was spot on. Would love to have been able to see the whole show. Hopefully future shows you will get your act together
