Great game and venue. Unfortunately there were a lot of prime empty seats for a sold out event. It looks like tickets are given away to VIPs or sponsors who never showed up. It would be nice to have these filled.

    Amazing and inspiring

by C065 on 2015-08-18RYA-Ryerson Athletic Centre - Toronto

It was a privilege to be able to cheer on these amazing athletes . You tell tell that in the Bronze match that both Brazil and Argentina were giving their all. The Gold match between Canada and the USA was a hard fought game and while the Canadian team came away with the Silver , they can be very proud of their efforts cause they played they played their hearts out . GO CANADA .

    Inspirational basketball games

by sunbunny on 2015-08-18RYA-Ryerson Athletic Centre - Toronto

What an inspiration to see athletes with disabilities compete as if nothing can stop them from competing. The Pan Am games were great but the para pan games were an experience never to be forgotten. I salute these wonderful athletes If you put your mind to it, you can do anything.

    Wheelchair Basketball was beyond brilliant!

by spiceysap on 2015-08-18RYA-Ryerson Athletic Centre - Toronto

Wheelchair Basketball is one of the most amazing sports that I've ever seen! It puts regular basketball in a boring light. These guys were phenomenal! One guy, had only one arm and made more baskets than others. There were even 3 point shots. Their upper body strength was beyond belief! Really enjoyed it and I wish it was a regular competitive sport. I'd watch them over any professional basketball anyday! Very cool!

    Wheelchair Basketball - WOW!!

by NewWheelFan on 2015-08-17RYA-Ryerson Athletic Centre - Toronto

My family and I went to the Women's Wheelchair Basketball Medal games and though we were expecting good, competitive games, we were amazed at the high levels of athleticism, strength and intensity on constant display. The Gold Medal game between Canada and the USA had many lead changes and had the spectators on their feet throughout the game. I remember thinking during the game that this easily matched a Raptors game for intensity and enjoyment. I will definitely attend another game.

    Seating Was Disappointing.

by Eskay11 on 2015-08-17RYA-Ryerson Athletic Centre - Toronto

Event was action-packed. Unfortunate that a Bronze medal game was so one-sided. Expected a closer contest.

    SUPER DUPER EXCITING

by OscarSam1234 on 2015-08-17RYA-Ryerson Athletic Centre - Toronto

What an exciting fast paced game. We first saw a great game between Brazil and Argentina for the Bronze medal which Brazil won. Then we saw an energized game between Canada and U.S. Even though Canada took home the Silver I am so proud of the amazing game they played. It was Super Exciting and Super Charged. Whoo Hoo to the Women's Wheel Chair Basketball Team !!!!!!!
