    Worth Every Cent

    by P. S. on 2022-09-23

I saw him in Seattle back in 2007 and let me tell you it was great show. And then I saw him again recently in Inglewood and you have to remember, I first saw him in 2007 and he was 65 at the time and when I saw him recently I. Inglewood he was 79. Even decades after His time in The Beatles and Wings he still puts on a great show for his age. His shoes are pricey but like I say in the header, Worth Every Cent

Paul was great. Vancouver audience boring as always.

    by BC on 2019-11-27

How come nobody talks about how boring the audience is in concerts in Vancouver? If you have ever been to a concert in Brazil, Argentina or some places in Europe, you know what I’m saying. People around me didn’t seem excited or interested in the show, it was like they were watching videos on Youtube on their phones. BC Place was too big and the audience felt disconnected. Paul was great, but the experience as a whole could have been better if the public was more engaged.

Paul McCartney's staying power is off the charts!

    by j. w. on 2019-08-18BC Place - Vancouver

This guy is 77 years old and stayed on stage for 3 hours straight! We go to a LOT of concerts, but none of the younger guys seem to be able to hold a candle to his endurance! Had a great time!

Paul McCartney's Amazing Concert in Vancouver, July 2019

by Doug on 2019-07-25BC Place - Vancouver

This was an epic lifelong bucket list item!! I felt like I saw the Beatles, Wings, & new Paul McCartney all in one concert!! 40 songs in 3 hours and I wanted more!! Paul's energy level is very impressive!! I was hoping for a surprise guest appearance from Ringo as it was his birthday the next day.

    Pretty good

by Lazz on 2019-07-23BC Place - Vancouver

Everything was quite good except the same old disorganized and non helpful BC Place staff. Doors opening late, pat downs of elderly people (seriously). This was my second McCartney concert. The first time I brought my elderly parents. My father had a serious lung ailment at the time, which prohibited his walking. Staff was NO help at all in offering support (cart) or shortcuts. Terrible venue. Go to any major event in the US and see how much better your treated.

Even if you're not a die hard Beatles/Paul McCartney fan you should see him at least once in your life!

Paul and his band were a good show

by Hols on 2019-07-22BC Place - Vancouver

Lots of great tunes from the past. Not that much into his new stuff. His band was amazing and each musician provided vocals which made for great back up, harmonies and helping McCartney when he couldn't make the notes. All of us loved the old stuff - singing along, remembering the old days, knowing every word. Singing Hey Jude for five minutes with 55,000 people was the highlight. Unfortunately the instrumentals often overpowered the vocals and it was SO loud sometimes people around us covered their ears. The sound technicians were not doing McCartney and the band any favours. Also, the pyrotechnics were way too much and too loud. BC Place is just not a great venue for decent concert sound.

Great Show - The young bass player was great

by Pagefan on 2019-07-21BC Place - Vancouver

I missed out on his last two shows here but was really glad I went this time. Stellar 38 song set list. Highlights of Live and Let Die, 1985 and Helter Skelter. Paul is clearly enjoying himself and his band was excellent. The sound in cavernous BC Place held up well and the vocals were nicely front and centre in the mix.

My best three hours on my own in Vancouver

by Daniel F. Moreno on 2019-07-18BC Place - Vancouver

A dream come true of seeing Paul in concert again. Along with my first viewing seven years ago, best concert ever.
