Peggy Lee Tribute Tickets

A fun romp through the songs most associated with Peggy Lee - Mack the Knife, Fever, I'm a Woman, Manana etc. Well done, 3 excellent singers, and a casual and friendly vibe. Very good musicians on stage, obviously appreciated. Marcie Campbell, Karen Oxorn, Caroline Gibson were well-matched and worked well off each other. Dresses perhaps poor choices. I would have liked to have heard one or two of Peggy Lee's darker songs, like Is That All There Is? and It Changes - just for variety and to see another side of the singer.

For anyone who has not seen Carolie Gibson, Karen Oxorn and Marcie Campbell perform together, let me tell you that you are missing something very special! These three ladies give it their all with a most enjoyable combination of vocal talent, charming personalities and down to earth conversation mixed with humour. For those who were lucky enough to get seats for the sold-out event it was an evening to remember. I am certain these ladies will be back with a new review of another trend setting artist in the not to distant future. You can be sure that I will be there to enjoy every moment!!
