by stumped on 2010-03-07La TOHU - Montrealmy grandson and I were in the 2nd row on the floor and found the performers amazing and the performers seemed to enjoy their performance as well as we did. I hope the amnesia star was o.k. after her performance due to her falling on her back a few inches to the floor from the pole near the end of her act. Her male partner seemed quite concerned as we also did. What determination she had to continue with hopefully little pain. That shows a true entertainer and artist. The juggler also covered up his couple of 'slips' with his juggling the pins very professionally. The only complaint I have is that the introduction of the actors roles was only in French. I understood most of it, but it would have been nice to hear the same in English. On the whole, it was a wonderful show and I'm looking forwards to your next performance. The last one we saw was The birdhouse Factory in Dec 2008 and was also amazing. Good luck to all performers to a job well done.

by JDPapillon on 2010-02-17La TOHU - MontrealI have seen Les 7 Doigts three times before. Once for "Loft" and twice for "Traces". Everytime, I find the troupe to be incredibly soulful in their performance, technically sound and very charming. The 11 performers of "Psy" were all of those things, and then some. Although I felt at times the show didn't have the emotional pull of "Loft" (with the founding members), it still carries a lot of weight and left me both fulfilled and drained.
