R5 was excellent - first concert

by Anonymous on 2014-10-06Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

This concert was great. We attended not knowing much of their music, but knew about Ross through the Disney Channel. It was my girls (ages 8 & 6) first concert, and they were in awww over the band's energy and talent. I enjoyed it as well. Ever since attending we have been listening to their music and know every song by heart...we are ready for them to come back!!! R5 appears to have a promising future and we were glad to be part of their humble beginnings.

R5 was a good, first concert

by Ellie13 on 2014-09-29Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

R5, including the pre-show act (Savanah & Bran), and the DJ pre-show were good. A solid "good" review. The light show could use a LOT more refinement (right in our eyes, couldn't see the band). But overall, the concert was good for the target pre-teen audience.

    R5 Rocks!

by MMom on 2014-09-28Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

R5 is the best group for young and teen girls. This is our 3rd concert and my 10yr can't get enough. I am amazed every show was different. Balcony first row centre were great seats for the Sony Centre in Toronto.

    R5 was a great time!

by Burlington11 on 2014-09-28Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

This was a great show, I enjoyed it as much as my daughter, 9. The guys were high energy, and age appropriate to the audience. The only let down was when they were doing a White Stripes song, Seven Nation Army, and the girl was singing. She wasn't very good as she kept laughing while she was trying to sing, which would have otherwise been a great cover for the guys as they all did a great job. My daughter said it was one of her favorite shows this year.. which says alot as she saw Katie Perry, and a few others.

    Good Concert

by Superdoggy on 2014-09-28Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

Took my daughter to her first concert and she really enjoyed it. There were a lot of screaming teenage girls as the group is a bunch of nice looking teenage/early 20's boys. They really are a very musically talented family and I think they have a lot of range that will become more evident as time goes on.

What a great show! Their music is original and catchy. The band was polished. Truly talented musicians. Great harmonies. I hope they come back soon.
