Having seen the Beatles in person twice, I was not overly impressed. Way too superficial. Even the choice of songs had no rhyme or reason.

Rain was a nostalgic and fun concert

by Joyfully on 2011-05-26Brooks Atkinson Theatre - New York

Rain was the next best thing to being at a Beatles concert. They had us up and clapping and dancing. The music took us from their early songs through time to their latest and showed tv clips of what was going on historically at the time. A nostalgic and fun experience!

The Beatles are back in town!

by beatlelover45 on 2011-01-15Neil Simon Theatre - New York

I'm too young to have seen them live, but after seeing Rain I feel like I did see them! They looked and sounded exactly like the fab4!

    AMAZING INCREDIBLE FANTASTIC

by mireille1966 on 2011-01-02Neil Simon Theatre - New York

Rain was as usual, superb, perfect, totally incredible. They have practiced this for years and years and they have achieved perfection in rendering the Beatles song word for word, chord for chord. It is just seeing them in person. Joey Curatolo is so totally into it, he is both a superb musician and a wonderful actor, looking like Paul physically as well as all his mannerisms. I know the Beatles very well, having been a fan for over 35 years, I have seen every video there is of the Beatles over a hundred times, and I can assure you that they are so so totally like the real thing. Been a fan of Rain for several years and was thrilled to see them again on Broadway.

    A magic moment on Broadway!

by Pe1959 on 2011-01-01Neil Simon Theatre - New York

After seeing Sir Paul in Montreal last August, Rain was the ice on the cake in 2010... One hit after an other. We went to NYC for the drop of the ball but it is this show that made our trip! Thanks.

    Rain was unbelievable

by Tull on 2010-12-12Neil Simon Theatre - New York

Absolutley fantastic. Had the best time for a live theater. The performers looked so much like the real boys. They performed an amazing concert to all of us there that evening. I would go back again and again and again....

Wish I could have changed my seating selection

by Earmuffs4Me on 2010-10-25Neil Simon Theatre - New York

We'll what can I say you can pick you seats but unfortunately you can't pick who sits behind you and for the four drunk people talking through every song and singing so loud I should have paid them the $550 for my four seats vs. Rain for they are the only ones I could hear. Needless to say even after asking for them to tone it down it got worse. The biggest regret is that this was a concert I saved up to take my two boys to for a year and it was ruined by these ignorant self consumed people. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind people singing along but when they are loudly belting out every note even through slow songs it ruins it for everyone around them. And then to add to it they were talking to each other during every song like they were at a house party not a broadway show!!! Look like it was a great show but unfortunately the sound my my seats was awful !!!
