Red Bacteria Vacuum: Monster Girls Rock from Japan

by SlashLawyer on 2011-07-18ShoWare Center - Kent

They may be small in stature, but when they plug into their amplifiers, Red Bacteria Vacuum blew the roof off the ShoWare Center with a wall of sound. Taking most by surprise, these 3 girls from Japan have been also rocking places like Australia as well as the US. They opened their set with the giant sound of "Zero" off of their "Dolly Dolly, make and epoch" CD from 2009 and roared through the first part of their 30 minute set with a sound that filled the huge arena. After performing songs like "Power" and "Horror Samba" (also on "Dolly Dolly...") the band showed they had a hook laden side to them with "Renai Music" (translated means "Love Music") and the catchy sing a long "Enso Wa Tanoshi" (which means, "It's fun to play/perform music!"). Then to make it clear, they can rock harder than most bands made up of guys, they finished up with 2005's title track off their ep "Roller Coaster". In addition to being an amazing band to watch and listen to, Red Bacteria Vacuum immediately headed out to the lobby to greet, take pictures and sign merchandise with all fans. The nicest band that will rock your ears for sure!
