It was very over-price and wasn't really that great. The music at the guvrnment stopped playing at 7 . not everyone wants to go hang out at the sky bar.

I had great time with husband...we really needed a nite out to to be stress free and to get our groove on! Rekindle th love!

In One word..OMG!!! This was the most awesome event that I've been to in a long dang time.Since the outdoor parties in B.C.I.m new to Toronto so all its nightlife is still fresh for me.I really love the Guvernment.It's comparable to Circa I guess but better.Ive been there once before on a regular night but this night was completely something else.This place is huge.I had to ask for directions a couple of times.I read somewhere that its Rated the best club in North America and 8th in the world? That does not surprise me in the least. Anyway there were so many Dj's there I didnt know where to start.I just hovered around from room to room and tried to get a taste of as much as possible.I really dug Ritche Hawtin in the main area but then who doesn't.His tribal house always gets me bouncin.Around 2 am Dubfire spun things up and really starting to set the place ablaze. .Adam freelands breaks flava @ the Drink was very cool as well.One of my Fav's.Ferry Corsten @ KOOLHAUS never failed to daze everyone with his trance effect.Steve Lawyer did his annual Sunrise set @ SkyBar. I was completely burnt out @ that point so this was perfect.A very cool calm deep house morning set after the storm. All in all this was the best event of the year so far in my opinion.It will be a tough one to match(Maybe Shambhala in Salmo B.C.) .A Perfect mix of differnet flavours for all tastes.The light shows were awesome.All that was missing was Tiesto LOL (although I think that he probably could have handled that whole place on his own easily) .Those who missed this, oh well theres always next year. ; )

This was my first time going to the Guvernment and it completely exceeded all expectations. Sure the drinks and all are expensive, but who the hell cares? You're there to have an absolute blast, unwind and enjoy yourself. Ferry Corsten stole the show and it was just unbelievable. If there is one bad thing, its that all of the bars and clubs in my area now just seem plain boring, they simply can't compare. In the end though if you plan it right with your friends you can make the whole night cost only around $100, and honestly, for the wild time you have there, its really bloody worth it.

This is the event I look forward to every year. Best house DJ by far and the fact that Guvernment in Toronto is one of his residences makes it an amazing place to see him.

Canada Day was a blast. The DJs in kaulhause were top notch, especially Ferry Corsten :D

Insane atmosphere. Sick tunes playing in all rooms, especially the guvernment with Carlo Lio, he ripped it....

After a 5 hour train ride form montreal to toronto, i finally got to the guvernment for a crazy night! I met up with some other friends from the 514... Cosmic gate, ferry corsten et al were incredible... I spent most of the night on the skybar enjoying the good weather, great music, even better company and just a great vibe. I would definitely do it again.
