    Barnum Bash

by SKay on 2012-08-21Tacoma Dome - Tacoma

Barnum Bash was a pretty great circus if you blank out the sympathy that should be felt for the animals. I mean it was pretty great seeing elephants, camels, horses, ponies, and dogs do tricks but I wish they would go back to their natural environments after the show...unfortunately that doesn't happen. The other shows were amazing and it was definitely the circus I had always dreamed about except for the missing part of the Strong Man. It had been stated in the description and on their website that he would be apart of the show but he was nowhere to be found. Overall it was a great experience.

KIDS LOVED THE DOGS, ELEPHANTS, HORSES

by VFCanada on 2012-02-22Florence Civic Center - Florence

Kids are 10 and 12-- first circus for them-- loved the entire event, but animals were there first choices... adults enjoyed the acrobats as well... all in all a great day-- well worth the nearly two hour drive from MB. There were five in our party... two seniors, two kids, one 40+ adult.

Ringling Bros. & Bailey: Barnum Bash

by Teshih on 2012-01-01Palm Beach County Convention Center - West Palm Beach

The only animals performing were the horses, camels, dogs & elephants. We know there was a problem, but our kids were expecting to see lions & tigers. This show is trying to emulate Cirque du Soleil & it will be a difficult task if there is not a Theme or Story line. Eliminate the strongman. The acrobats were great! & so were the clowns.
