Directions:
Roy Thomson hall is located at the corner of King and Simcoe Streets. Take QEW/Gardiner Expwy to York Street Exit. Proceed North on York toKing Street, then West on King to Simcoe.
Parking:
Free on-street meter parking on King St. west of Simcoe, Simcoe St. north of King, and Pearl St. west of Simcoe.Roy Thomson Hall has 8 underground spaces dedicated to handicap permit parking only and over 60 regular spaces located close to the elevator.
Reserved space in the RTH surface lot located at the corner of Simcoe & Wellington.
Enter via Artist’s Entrance. Call 416-593-4822-375 prior to event to reserve space. ($15 reserved or $10/ First-come/First-served basis).
Patrons with mobility difficulties may be dropped off at the Simcoe St Entrance. The patrons will then be escorted to, and seated in, the front lobby while the driver parks underground.
Front of House Office may be reached at 416 593 4822 ext. 357 if special assistance is required.

The Roy Thomson Hall Box Office is located at the East side entrance for in-person purchases.Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Sundays & Holidays: CLOSED except for Event Days.
Event Days: Open 2 hours prior to showtime.
The Toronto Symphony Orchestra Box Office is located on the 1st floor of 212 King Street W (North West corner of King and Simcoe)

Orders can be picked up at the Roy Thomson Hall Box Office:Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, or until the concert start time. Saturday, noon to 5:00 pm, or until the concert start time.
On Sunday, the Box Office will be open 2 hours prior to the concert time, and will remain open until the concert begins.
Please note that the credit card used to purchase tickets must be presented at the box office when picking up tickets.
Accessible Seating:
Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all events in all price ranges. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible.If accessible seating is needed for a Toronto Symphony Orchestra event, please call TSO’s Customer Service for availability at 416 598 3375. For all other events at Roy Thomson / Massey Hall, please call the Info line at 416 872 HALL.
Hearing devices are not available for any event.
General Rules:
For your enjoyment, and the enjoyment of people around you, please remember concert etiquette: talking, humming, tapping to the music, turning pages, leaning forward in your seat, and unwrapping cellophane-wrapped candies may disturb the performers as well as other audience members.Children Rules:
Roy Thomson Hall events:Children 24 months of age and under are admitted to Children, Youth and Ethnic performances free of charge, and may sit on a lap. For all other performances, all patrons require tickets.
Toronto Symphony Orchestra events:
Children 5 years of age and older may attend any TSO concert with ticket purchase.
The TSO’s Young People’s concerts and Family Christmas Concert are created especially for audience members ages 5 to 12. Children ages 2 to 5 may attend these concerts with ticket purchase, at their parents’ discretion.
We regret we cannot allow children under 2 years of age into any TSO concert.
