Drove 7hours from Canada to see this show!

by Daisygyrrl on 2013-02-04The Palace Theatre Albany - Albany

We drove7 hours down from Canada to see Elmos Super Heros in Albany, NY with our elmo loving 21month old. our daughter had a blast dancing and singing along with live sesame street characters and even encouraged a few other kids to get up and dance along. We had great second row seats and the Palace Theater is just gorgeous! However, we did find that the volume was wayyyy too loud. especially for the high pitched tv type noises when Big Cheese is tuning in and abby cadabys voice. My one ear actually hurt from how loud it is. I dont think for a kids concert where even babies are there that it had to be that loud. We went to the late 7 pm show. Getting a kid to sit through an intermission was challenging but the balloons helped! Everything else was great! Thanks os much, we hope youll come to Canada soon!

My daughter had so much fun! The characters were so real and close. They even came into the audience and danced with the children.
