    Sesame Street Live: Wonderful!

    by Number1Dad on 2009-08-20Rogers Centre - Toronto

My daughter and I had a terrific time at the show. I am sure like many parents, it was worth the admission price alone to see the happiness on a child's face when they see these characters they have grown to love on TV and in books, appear before them in real life. Certainly my little girl enjoyed every minute and in particular identifying to me the names of all the characters as they appeared. Highly recommended and I would add that the staff at the Rogers Centre were exceptionally helpful and patient.

Elmo Grows Up eventually grew on my little one

by WestonDad on 2009-07-28Rogers Centre - Toronto

Overall the show was great. Took a little while for my 22 month old to warm up to the intensity of the speaker volume (which is no fault of the shows'), but once she got used to it she was up dancing and wanting to interact with all the characters that entered the grandstand. Perfect run time and good intermission placement made it easy to keep her well entertained and her diaper nice and dry. On a side note the 10$ Elmo balloon we bought (which seemed outrageous at the time) was still floating on our living room ceiling for 2 and a half months...so yes...well worth it in the end, especially since our little one got so much joy playing with it.

    Cookie Monster

    by CCB1 on 2009-07-25Rogers Centre - Toronto

The show was absolutely amazing and my son (31/2) enjoyed every moment of it. It was lively and update. Very energizing! I loved it and it brought so many child hood memories that I would definately consider going to see it again. Worth the money but I just regret that I didn't get the floor seats. Much more interaction with the characters.

I want to move to Sesame Street!!! :)

by teacherlady on 2009-07-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

This was our 2nd Sesame Street Live show and my girls and I both loved it! My youngest was so excited to see Abby this time around and we loved once again how many high5's and hugs we got since we had great seats on the floor right in front of the stage. We bought the soundtrack once again and they can't get enough of it! We love purchasing souvenirs because it means we can keep enjoying all the great work the CTW does.

    Not for toddlers...

    by Mom2Tot on 2009-07-19Rogers Centre - Toronto

I went to see Elmo with my 2 1/2 year old son. He was so excited to go and had been talking about it for more than a week. However, once the show started it was clear that it was aimed at an older audience. We had just been to see Dora & the land of lost toys (amazing show!) a few weeks earlier so I suppose our expectations were pretty high. When Elmo Grows Up is basically just dolls dancing and singing. It even seems like everything is pre-recorded. It could be good for older kids but I would not recommend it for toddlers - my son was ready to leave after 20 minutes.

    ELMO RULES

    by jaytsg07 on 2009-07-18Rogers Centre - Toronto

The show was great it keep my 2yr old son well entertained. The only thing I would say is that I wished the show would have concentrated a little more on elmo because he's the best and most kids prefer him. Otherwise, I enjoyed myself too and the singing and dancing was awesome.
