    Something Wicked Awesome was ok

by Paris29 on 2010-12-19The Second City - Toronto

Something Wicked was an ok show, definitely not their best and not hysterical. I think the actors are clever. What disappointed me was the improv was about God and very sacrilegious to so many faiths. It was uncomfortable and I wanted to walk out (but the servers took my credit card for drinks and didn't get back until it was over!). I don't understand why you need to touch on God at all. Is it because it affects so many people. Have some respect for the faith of others and keep God off limits for your off colour jokes.

The show was excellent. Totally worth staying for the improv session after.

Something wicked. Was so hilarious!!! I started coughing and couldnt stop as tears rolled down my cheeks. . I will definately recommend this to everyone and I will be going to see it again.!!! My favourite scenes were the mom heading to cottage with her kids. OMG!! too hilarious!! and the guy whose girlfriend was getting robbed. And the two women in the church praying to Jesus! Oh, I thought the whole video game scene was incredible too
