Really funny! I think even if you didn't read the books you would laugh

    Spank was just ok

by Cyny on 2013-12-01Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton

Started out so so, then got better. The star, Suzanna Sole was the best part of it. Patrick Whalen was pretty good but I found that Alice Moran who played Tasha was "overly dramatic". I know it is a spoof and she is naïve in the books, but she is also smart in the books. The character in the spoof sounded like she was either very stupid or a 5 year, by the way she spoke. Overall. We did have some laughs but it was just ok. My sister & mother felt the same.

    Spank was hilarious

by Tammer13 on 2013-12-01Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton

From the moment it started until the end nothing but intense laughter. To think that 3 actors could hold our attention totally. This parody was bang on and highly recommend to anyone who needs a good laugh.

    50 shades of hilarious!

by zeezeetop on 2013-12-01Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton

Great impromptu acting...utilized audience for aspects of story. They did a great job of working with whatever came up with audience I put. Integration with current events...relevance to Hamilton specifically and greater Toronto (Rob Ford comment fit in perfectly into the moment in the play, like it was planned even though it wasn't. Key aspects of storyline were given so someone who hadn't read the books would still understand the premise. Nothing I didn't like...other than not seeing it again!
