Easily one of the best concerts I have attended

by Anonymous on 2018-03-19Festival Place - Sherwood Park

While the venue was a bit small, it turned out to be the perfect size once the show began. Not a bad seat in the house although I do wish they took more than cash for payment options. Overall our seats were fantastic and right beside the front of the stage. The Arrogant Worms are hilarious and very focused on interacting with the entire crowd. So much so that it felt like a large family get together. While I have been to a lot of concerts, I have never seen the main act open up a meeting / signing table (free of charge) after the show. I would love to see them again and I hope that the Arrogant Worms return soon.

I loved seeing them the last time they were in Winnipeg. They had a lot of new material that is great and they are always a laugh riot.

    I can't breathe!

by HardcoreKnitter on 2014-12-02Festival Place - Sherwood Park

I'd never been to an Arrogant Worms show before and had no real expectations but these guys blew me and my 16 year old kid away. I have never laughed so much in my life! You know the kind of laughter I'm talking about "I can't breathe" kind of funny. Not only are these guys funny but they have nice voices-even as they're singing about Santa kicking your ass-and they put everything into making sure you have a good time. I'm a fan for life.

The Arrogant Worms, as per usual, were hilarious!

by WandaRae on 2014-12-02Festival Place - Sherwood Park

Oddly enough there were 3 empty tables in the front row which was too bad. Despite that, the show was hilarious and would see The Arrogant worms every time they come here!

    Fabulous even 20 years later!

by Hsalf on 2014-12-02Festival Place - Sherwood Park

I first saw the Arrogant Worms at the Fringe in the mid-90's and they were pretty great then. Time has only made them a tighter knit band of hilarious guys with great voices and even better senses of humour. The night was concluded and they came into the lobby and signed autographs for throngs of fans at the sold out event. So glad we went!

Memorable evening with the Arrogant Worms

by Fendi on 2013-12-08Festival Place - Sherwood Park

I took my son and his friend to this concert as part of his 16th birthday. We were entertained from the get go. My son comment on how he enjoyed their 'peanut gallery banter' style of music. As we listened to the autographed CD on the way home, it had a new meaning with all the visuals to each song they selected. This was the first time that I had been inside Festival Place but it won't be the last. It is such an intimate gathering place that makes you feel like you are in a coffee house with a great band entertaining you.

Every Bit as Funny as You'd Expect

by LEGOgirl on 2011-03-17Vanier Hall - Prince George

The Arrogant Worms put on an awesome show in Prince George. They sang most of their best-known songs, and it will be hard to go back to an audio recording after watching these three guys act out their comedic lyrics. Trevor Strong's transformation into "Uncle Lou" and Chris Patterson's "Mime Abduction Song" were the best examples of action augmenting song. These three guys are also masters of improv, as seen by their ability to quickly integrate local trivia and audience reaction into their routine. If you didn't catch their show, shame on you! I know I'll be counting the days until they return!
