To be honest, when they sang their first song, I wasn't impressed, but after that - they were awesome. They were entertaining, interacted with the fans, talked a little bit in between the songs and I'd say they played their TOP hit songs and to me, that's what going to a concert is all about! Would I go see them again, absolutely!! Venue (Casino Rama) is great place to see concerts and tickets are affordable. It was a great night !
Music sounded ok. Poor interaction between members. Some lacked stage presence. Would not recommend unless tickets are free.
We saw Trooper at Casinorama and did they ever put on a show! It was fabulous! From beginning to end we were singing along. The sound was great too! Excellent guitar, keyboard and drum solos too. The lead singer has personality plus. He is a real showman with a great sense of humor. The concert exceeded our expectations. If you get a chance to see Trooper in concert, do it! You won’t be disappointed!
Concert was high energy non stop music right from the first chord. They truly are performers and did not disappoint. Highly suggest if you are into music from this era that you catch these guys. The opening act was Streetheart and they are also phenominal.
Bands were great! Rocked hard! Punctual and full value. Staff were great! Food services were either grossly overpriced or not even open!! Tim Hortons closed?????? Pay the staff a high hourly rate and you’ll get staff! Ridiculous! Is Rama that greedy??? Advertising for staff won’t get you staff! Paying them a decent wage will!!!
The venue and concert were great! Had a fantastic time rockin out to two of my favourite bands :)

Trooper is a band whose music is both uplifting and rebellious, a bit whimsical, lots of fun. The guys worked hard to entertain, and being at the front allowed me to get some handshakes. They all seemed down to earth, and this made the experience even more fun, especially getting to meet them and get my CD jacket signed. The songs were a mix of fast and slow, all the hits performed with energy and enthusiasm. They even had some silliness with each other, which was cute to watch. Well worth seeing live. Streetheart were better than I was expecting, the lead singer sounded great, the band were interesting, and I loved hearing a bunch of familiar, and some new to me, songs. A great two for one show, not just an intro band, but its own experience.
Trooper band was awesome but the new singer not so much. Streetheart opened up and was fabulous!!!
Great energy and the night was good, I was just disappointed that Ra McGuire and Brian Smith have retired. I didn't get the memo unfortunately so we were disappointed about that.
