    Amazing

    by G. J. on 2023-03-11

Beautiful show. Saw them at the Rock, Reggae and Relief with my beautiful girlfriend. Took her for her Birthday to Pittsburgh to see them from Canada and they didn’t disappoint. Truthfully we go to see them just to hear Red Red Wine. But the song selection and show was spectacular!!!

    Pretty Damn Good

by Hank Finn on 2019-09-29L'Olympia - Montreal

Awesome venue. I would have preferred to hear more old faves than a bunch of the new hip-hoppish stuff.

    UB40/2019

by Greenie on 2019-09-29L'Olympia - Montreal

Vocals not so great but made up by the great musicians who were really into the show as was the audience. For the price of the ticket and being ten feet from the stage at The Olympia, it was all worth it for me to not be 57 and sandwiched between needy kids and parents and be back in the the wonderful 80s for a few hours.

    Amazing UB40 performance

by KT on 2019-09-26L'Olympia - Montreal

The venue was good, not over crowded. The bar staff were professional. The t-shirts at $50 was too expensive. They would have sold more if the we $25. This was a disappointing part of the experience.

    UB40-Montreal

by ReggaeFan on 2019-09-25L'Olympia - Montreal

This was an excellent concert, even if it wasn’t the original singer. The crowd was right, the venue exact...a really great show.

    Still Going Strong

by UBLoonie on 2019-09-25L'Olympia - Montreal

40 years and still going strong. The boys sound tight as ever. Duncan will never sound like Ali but he manages to carry the load quite fine. The horns are always a highlight and seeing the great interaction on stage and them taking turns on lead vocals is wonderful to see. They are still close as ever. On a side note their new studio album, For The Many is classic UB40 with a Dub album if tou want more. 5 stars all around.

    Good show - but...

by Marc on 2019-09-25L'Olympia - Montreal

This is UB40 minus original founding members Ali Campbell (the original and memorable voice), Astro, Brian Travers (in hospital). The band has had its ups and downs but the 25th anniversary tour was their peak back when the original lineup was together. They recruited brother Duncan Campbell to fill in the missing vocals of Ali Campbell and together with Robin Campbell they manage to accomplish this - no easy feat. Still good fun and good entertainment value - but the hardcore UB40 fan will notice the difference. But if you like reggae, then this is one of the last of the original 70's reggae bands on tour. They will get you dancing for sure.

    The concert was amazing!

    by Fredo974 on 2019-09-25L'Olympia - Montreal

The band showed up early around 8h40pm. Really appreciated that!! Most of their major hits were played 😍😍😍😍!! Mixed with some of their new songs. Not too much weed smokes that night. All good!! LOVED IT!!!
