He was on the stage or 2 hours (with a short intermission) alone with his guitar and his immense talent. The crowd was singing along. I hope he comes back soon

From his warmhearted stage presence to his engaging lyrics and his sensitive human vignettes, Valdy creates an intimate relationship with everyone in the room. Somehow he manages to entertain, to challenge, to endear, all with his deceptively simple lyrics and melodies. Valdy never fails to warm your heart and fill your thoughts with love and common sense. A must see for any age.

Consummate professional. Totally captivating. voice is still rich and comforting; amazing how one person can command an entire stage; stories interwoven with songs in perfect cadence; wonderfully accessible. He still has a lot of relevant things to say about life, love and the world around us. We could appreciate his older repertoire even more because he breathed new soul into old favorites with storytelling and nimble guitar dancing - ahhh yes, and those dancing feet...

I've had the pleasure of seeing Valdy a number of times over the years. He is always the gracious and comfortable host. He also has a knack of making what he does look easy, which is deceptive as he is a very accomplished song writer, singer and guitar player. It was a pleasure to see him again. I bought both the cd's he had to offer and found them to be great.

Great performer excellent show, felt like I was in his living room.

I saw him at the TING 40 years ago and was there in 74 at the WFF....Valdy was and still is a National Treasure.The concert was the best kept secret of the year.
